Nov 13th Update: What an overwhelming response from the Vendors. Please note that tables are almost sold out for this event. If you want a table please submit an application quickly as it is first come, first served. For those that have submitted an application and haven't received an update, sit tight. We are working through the applications as fast as we can.
Nov 5th Update: The "Buddy Table" has arrived. Many Vendors who sell more inexpensive items have asked for a solution that makes The Great Canadian Craft Fair more affordable. We hate to exclude quality crafters so we've decided it's worth the extra work to take on the task of pairing up Vendors and offering them a way to participate. Please keep in mind that this option will be favored to those who sell more inexpensive items. Please also note that due to time constraints, there are a very limited number of tables we can offer this on.
(We are allowing vendors to submit an application for consideration before fee payment. Those who submit an application payment with their application will however be reviewed first.)
This application is for independent artisans only!
Sponsors, Food Vendors and Entertainers hoping to be involved should email us.

There is room for about 150 tables at the fair. Table Spaces are 6x3 or 8x3.
How do I join?
The application dates for The Great Canadian Craft Fair must be submitted by Nov 15th.
We are happy to offer a variety of pricing options for vendors:
*Table space includes occupancy for both Sat and Sun*
For a $150 table fee, vendors can apply to share an 8x3 table.
For a $250 table fee, vendors can apply for a 8×3 table space.
For a $225 table fee, vendors can apply for a 6×3 table space.
For a $250 table fee, vendors can also apply to sell their wares from a mobile set-up (such as a cart, bicycle, or wagon), in lieu of a table set up.

All fees must be submitted via PayPal Here, we do not accept personal checks or credit cards over the telephone.
You do not need a PayPal account to submit your fee. As long as you have a debit or credit card, submitting payment via PayPal is super easy! If you have any specific questions about PayPal processing or your existing PayPal account, please visit the PayPal Help page.
If you are a craft organization interested in hosting an interactive activity at The Great Canadian Craft Fair, please contact us about having a workshop booth.
We do not accept photo attachments in our applications. In the application you will be asked to submit a website, online store, or Facebook fan page link where we can review your work.
We encourage vendors without a website or store to open an online photo pool account – where photos can be uploaded and shared for free, or upload a Facebook gallery with photos of your work!
We do not accept physical samples of work as part of the jurying process.
If I am accepted into the Fair, what does my table fee cover?
Depending on the table you applied for, your table fee includes an 8x3 or 6x3 table space for both days, or the ability to sell as a roving vendor for both days of the fair. Artists will also receive a logo + link to your website on our highly viewed ‘vendors’ page through the end of the year! In addition to this, we heavily advertise and promote the fair and draw tens of thousands of attendees to each event who will see your work in person. This often turns into future opportunities for more sales, wholesale opportunities, media exposure, networking and more.
Is There An Electric Outlet For Me?
Yes! You must supply your own extension cord.
Can I partner with a friend?
Yes! Please submit all details in one application. Please select the 8x3 table application. We are also offering the "Buddy Table" for those without a crafte friend (we pair you up).
*Vendors are responsible for supplying their own display items*
Tables and chairs are available to rent at a very low price on the Vendor Payment page.
Can I apply for two table spaces?
We offer limited 2 table spaces. They are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please make the request in the Application and if approved you will be instructed to submit an additional payment.
When and how will I know if I’m accepted?
You’ll be notified by email within a week of your application date as to whether or not you’ve been accepted into the fair.
What does it mean that the fair is juried, and how do you make your decisions?
Because we receive many more applications than we can accept, and to keep the items offered at the fair of high quality – every fair is juried by our staff. We review everyone’s complete application and then make our choice based on several factors, including:
- The overall quality and consistency of your work.
- If your items are made by hand, or if some of your designs are produced/manufactured elsewhere.
- Our need to diversify the crafts available at The Great Canadian Craft Fair.
- How your items are represented in your photos/website
- The number and diversity of designs or products you offer.
- If the average price of your items falls outside of what we want to bring to our fair-goer! We pride ourselves as being an affordable marketplace for handmade goods, with prices typically ranging between $1-$200.
If accepted, what is your cancellation policy?
Before Nov 31 - 50% Refund
After Nov 31 - No Refund
Once you cancel, you forfeit your spot in the fair and you are not permitted to sell or trade your space. We have a long waiting list and reserve the right to fill spots as we see fit.
Do I need to have any licenses or permits to participate?
You are responsible for registering your small business with the CRA and collecting sales tax for the items you’re selling. The Great Canadian Craft Fair is not responsible for any tax withholdings or liabilities for your product.
What is the "Vendor Pledge"?
The "Vendor Pledge" is the part we ask every vendor to play for the benefit of The Great Canadian Craft Fair, every vendor and every guest. Read it HERE
